Policy

N Salon Policies

Our goal is to provide the best possible service and experience for each and every client at N Salon. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours from the appointment will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.

 

No-show Policy

Clients that fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled service fee before being rescheduled. Clients with multiple no-shows will be required to pre-pay for their appointments.

 

Late Policy 

If you show up 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be the stylist’s discretion to reschedule your appointment or fit you in the time left.  

 

Sick Policy

For the safety and health of our staff and other guests; please do not come to the salon if you are sick or have been around someone that is sick. We are happy to reschedule your appointment.

 

Satisfaction Policy

We at N Salon pride ourselves on giving our clientele the very best service and experience. If you are not pleased with a service provided by  our stylists, there is a five day window from the date of service to make your stylist at N Salon aware of the situation. Redo’s and refunds are assessed on a case by case basis if the issue is brought to our attention within five days of the appointment.

 

Product Return Policy

For all products purchases, N Salon will accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.

 

Cell phone Policy 

To not disrupt other guests, please keep your cell phones on silent or vibrate. If there is a need to talk on the phone, please use headphones and speak in a soft tone of voice. If you do not have headphones we will provide a pair at no cost. Please do not use the speaker option when in the salon.

 

Child Policy 

N salon is dedicated to giving our clients an exceptional experience when receiving a service from one of our stylists. In order to provide the best service to our clientele we kindly ask that all children be supervised and entertained by their guardian at the salon. Please do not allow them to freely roam around the salon or play on stylist chairs or stools. If they bring a device to play games or watch videos, please bring headphones for them to listen to without disrupting other guests.

 

Quiet Policy 

We connect to a spa space. Because of that we need to be respectful of this and be aware of how loud we talk. Please don’t talk over blowdryers and make sure phones are always on silent. If you need to take a phone call please step outside to do so. The restroom area is in the spa. Please do not take phone calls in the spa or restroom spaces.
